Love Letters to My Inner Child- Journaling in Community

This is an online event and will be recorded. 

This is an event that will hold space for journaling in community and creating a safe space to reflect on our inner child loveliness.

We will journal, chat, brainstorm and end with an inner child guided visualization that will leave you feeling warm and fuzzy. 

Come prepared with: water, a photo of yourself at any age (virtual image is fine), and a journal and something to write with.
