Re-Parenting My Inner Child with JOY
Community healing by seeing ourselves in the data and practicing self-compassion & intentional tenderness, together!! Heal your inner child using journaling, guided mediation & embodying our loving inner voice when feeling reactive.
Learn to trust your intuition & increase self-love by stepping out into your authentic self! Heal generational trauma and re-claim your role in your own life!
This is a 6 week workshop with the focus being on self-healing on your own time while gaining awareness, support and tools with our time together.
Every week is a different topic and will be recorded. You will gain access to a private group with access to the recordings, additional resources and a discussion board to build community.
We will meet weekly at rootedinreflection.org. on live recorded video and the video will be posted tp the group. It is encouraged you have a journal, pen, water and a photo of yourself as a child (optional).

Please note: NO CLASS 5/21/23, Session 6 will resume May 28, 9am-10:30am for final session.
