This framework addresses our inner critic and challenges them to create new beliefs for a creative and expansive mindset. Think journaling and mindful breathing for the collective good! We work on building shame resiliency and addressing outdated, harmful beliefs. Using the frameworks of Resmaa Menakem, LICSW, Brene Brown, bell hooks, Dr. Kristen Neff, Natalie Gutierrez, LCSW and more, Cynthia makes talking about shame digestable and hopeful!
