Re-Parenting My Inner Child with JOY

Community healing by seeing ourselves in the data and practicing self-compassion & intentional tenderness, together!! Heal your inner child using journaling, guided mediation & embodying our loving inner voice when feeling reactive.

Learn to trust your intuition & increase self-love by stepping out into your authentic self! Heal generational trauma and re-claim your role in your own life!

This is a 6 week workshop with the focus being on self-healing on your own time while gaining awareness, support and tools with our time together.

This workshop is healing froma Decolonized approach. This workshop centers the experience of the global majority and the impact of colonialism and capitalism on our sweet inner child. 

Everyweek is a different topic and will be recorded. You will gain access to a private group with access to the recordings, additional resources and a discussion board to build community.

We will meet weekly on the same zoom link. It is encouraged you have a journal, pen, water and a photo of yourself as a child (optional).

Sundays August 6, 13, 20, 27- September  3, & 10, 2023- virtually, on zoom.

Expansive Mindsets

This includes access to a community  group, recorded workshops, and resources for 3 months. All groups are closed meaning once we start, no new members will be included. 

You will have access to a private forum with the recordings and journal prompts and any extra resources or posts. You are welcome to connect with others and ask quetsions in this private group.

While the group will be recorded, we ask that you try and commit to coming to the live sessions a majority of the time. This helps the group stay consistently communal, familiar and we get to particpate in shared vulnerability.
