Pumpkin Spiced Softness

Join us for a moment of collective softness, personal reflection and an inner child guided meditation to bring back our loving inner child. 

This will be recorded and can be replayed. Feel free to bring your favorite warm beverage, a journal and pen/colors , a photo of you as a child at any age (optional) and a comfortable blanket/object.

This is an intention setting to open us up to recieveing love and being softer with ourselves.
