My Highest Self: A Puff and Process Event

My Highest Self: A Puff and Process Meditation is a live in person event that honors our expansive creativity and loving kindness we can cultivate in our awareness when in safety. This is a cannabis friendly event. We will not be providing cannabis but welcome it. We celebrate in our relationship with plant medicine and the connection to consciousness. We will be in community for good music, calming vibes and space to be with your inner child in a loving community. 

We are also right next to  a beautiful park and duck pond which makes for a lovely stroll and smoke. Vape pen and edibles welcome in the store, flower at the park next door please as we are being hosted by a clothing shop.. 

Doors open at 6pm for live DJ, Tarot Reading offering by Galena the Mystic, shopping  and vibes.

We will start at 6:30pm- Community Welcome, Creativity Warmup lead by Crystal Domi,  Easy Yoga Stretching by Being Untethered Yoga

 and closing with Inner Child guided Meditation by Rooted in Reflection and Phoenix Rise Project

Everyone will recieve 1 raffle ticket to enter the raffle! Raffle tickets on sale at the event for a chance to win prizes!

This ticket includes your spot for vibes, meditation, soundbath. Vendors will be responsible for their own sales. 

Please come comfortable and bring a mat or pillow to sit on. We will be on the wood floors for the soundbath.
