Love Letters to my Inner Child is a virtual group to center your own experience and use journaling as a safe haven for your healing process.

We will be together to discuss journaling and its benefits and create a loving ritual to reconnect us to our joyful curiousity and boldness.

When you journal to your inner child, you are literally re-wiring your brain for a more positive approach.

Materials needed: Bring your own journal to this virtual event. If you have a photo of your younger self, that is helpful too . Colored pencils or crayons, and a private space.
