Inner Child Altars and Rituals

Plantiitas on 4th street hosts us! We will learn some polyvagal toning and conjure up our inner child with community nostalgia, journaling and an inner child meditation. 

Curated and led by Cynthia Perez, LCSW this workshop is intimate and soft! It is joyful and nostaligic. If you've been curious about this inner child work, this is a great space to start! This is open for everyone of all ages, super inclusive!!! Come through!!

Please bring a mat or cushion to rest on. We will be creating an altar in our guided visualization, not a real physical altar.
