About the event

This is a free space to bring your current creative project and be in the collective grief WITH US.

I will be on Canva creating a collage. This is an invitation for your to pull up canva and create a digital gollage using your intention and grief to create visual offering, a space to gather grief and be with it and put it somewhere.  If you are new to Canva, this will include some pointers and basic tips (I also welcome Canva pros because I am self taught, we are all learners here together). If you choose to create a physical collage or work on your current puzzle or art piece while in the group, you're welcome to.

This is a moment for us to be together with our grief and share how we have been feeling and open up our curiousity to create a safe space for these feelings.

This is a space for collective, independent and intersecting grief. We believe in liberation from opression systems and hold space in a way that is safe for all people and center the voices of omarginalized community. This space is to grieve the multiple genocides occuring and to be together for amplyfying loving energy through creativity and connection to our humanity. Any racism or hate talk will not be allowed.

You can prepare by gathering images (screen shot and save to Canva if you're doing canva, trim images from magazines for physical collage, look at photos of your inner child and call them back to you, ask questions about creatives in your lineage, meditate and light a candle for those you are grieving for eat good meals and drink water.
