Heart Centered Thursday's at La Fuente is a special November offering to get back into community and into our inner child and ancestral flow.Â
Join us 11/9, 11/16 or 11/30 for special moments, together.
11/9- Â Inner Child Journaling & Guided Visualization
11/16- Cacao and Zumba featuring Zumba Luna Â
11/30- Writing to my Ancestors
Each of these nights is intentional , indigenous to our knowing and joyful!
