About the event
Rooted in Reflection is hosted by Plantiitas Plant Shop!! This store is so beautiful and a wonderful place for us to conjure up our inner child. We will learn polyvagal toning, the science behind our imagination and relax as we sit together in a guided voisualization to imagine our inner child altars and rituals using guided visualization and somatic healing.
Please bring a mat, pillow or towel to sit on and a journal or notepad to write down your thoughts.
We will not be creating a tangible object but creating in our minds and healing in our bodies.
