All the Single Ladies

This is a special curated event for the single ladies in Long Beach and surrounding areas, come through!

I am a tele-health therapist during the week and this space is theraputic in that it welcomes you and your softness, vulnerability and #moods about single life. This is not a single ladies event where ou have to dress up from head to toe and worry about what others are wearing. No, this is a come as you feel coziest, let it all hang out, heck yeah im single vibes. 

This is a soft space to experience shared vulnerability and frustrations with other single ladies. Whethere your relationship is messy, you're newly single or feel forever single, come through! This is a space for your inner child to remind you of your sparkle.

What to expect:

A wellness circle and activity led by Cynthia Perez, LCSW

A moment to relax and unwind
